Return Policy (Digital goods and services)
1. General provisions
1.1 These Terms of Return
1.1.1 These Terms of Return (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") They form part of the User Agreement and regulate the procedure for the return of digital goods and the refusal of services provided by the Company.
1.1.2 The User agrees to the Refund Policy when making a purchase of digital goods on our website.
2. The return period
2.1 Return period
2.1.1 The buyer has the right to refuse a digital product and/or service of inadequate quality within 5 days from the date of its receipt, according to the Law on Consumer Protection (dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1).
2.1.2 For digital goods and/or services of adequate quality, a refund is not provided, due to individually defined properties of the goods being sold.
3. Terms of return
3.1 Conditions of return
3.1.1 Digital goods of inadequate quality must be in unused and undamaged condition, according to the Law on Consumer Protection (dated 02/07/1992 No. 2300-1).
3.1.2 The method and timing of the transfer of Computer Game Distributions are specified by the Company in the descriptions of Computer Games posted on the Company's Website, in accordance with the Law on Remote Sales.
3.1.3 Notification of the impossibility of downloading: If the buyer encounters a problem when downloading digital goods, he is obliged to inform the Company about this no later than 5 days from the date of payment of the license fee.
4. Refund
4.1 Refund of funds
4.1.1 Upon return of the digital product, the funds will be returned to the same details (bank card, electronic wallet, etc.) from which the payment for the product was made, in accordance with the Anti-Fraud Law. The refund will be made within 10 days from the date of receipt of your notification of the return and verification of the goods.
5. Obligations of the parties
5.1 Obligations of the buyer
5.1.1 The Buyer is obliged to notify the Company of his intention to return the digital product and of any problems with downloading by providing written notification or using the form provided on our website.
5.2 Obligations of the seller
5.2.1 We undertake to process the return request in accordance with the law within 10 days of receiving your notification of the return and verification of the goods.
5.2.2 If violations of the refund rules set out in these Terms and Conditions or the Company's refund policy are found, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. These Return Terms and the Company's return policy govern most return cases.
5.2.3 However, in cases not regulated by these Terms of the Offer and the Company's refund policy, or if the buyer does not agree with the decision on the refund, the dispute will be resolved through the court, in accordance with applicable law.
